Acceptance of Terms
By clicking pay now and submitting your order form request you automatically agree to these Terms of Service (BETA & SaaS).

Stripe Order Form
This order form ("Order Form") is for Services provided by NonBinary Solutions Corp to the Customer listed below. This Order Form is subject to the Terms and Conditions Agreement and Business Associate Agreement (collectively the "Agreement(s) which are incorporated as part of this order and with the acceptance of this Order Form, Customer agrees to be bound by these Agreements. The agreements are provided to Customer via DocuSign.

Credit Card Authorization

By using our Stripe Order Form you authorize NonBinary Solutions Corp to charge your credit card identified on the stripe checkout page for the purposes of a knowetic.ai subscription service. You understand that your information will be saved on file for future transactions on account.

Changes to Terms of Service
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The date of the latest revision will be indicated in the link text, e.g., "Terms (03/25)".

BETA Specific Terms of Service

BETA Scope
The Beta Program is provided solely for testing and evaluation purposes. Knowetic grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Beta Program during the testing period of 90 days.

Acknowledgement & Limitations

You understand and agree that this BETA program may not be fully functional and error free, that it may cause unexpected errors or data loss and that it is provided "as is" without a warranty.

BETA Customer Responsibility

As a BETA customer you agree to use the software ethically and provide NonBinary Solutions Corp with meaningful feedback related to your usage of the software. You furthermore agree to maintain confidentiality, as detailed in the Agreements, and comply with all applicable laws and third party agreements.

Furthermore, user agrees to actively, within reasonable timeframes, help NonBinary Solutions Corp train KnowYeti. This training will be conducted by providing NonBinary Solutions with detailed questions and best answers related to medical records the user deems important for their day to day business.

BETA to SaaS Transition

Unless cancelled by the Customer the BETA period will end after 90 days and automatically transfer into a SaaS $39.95 per month subscription price per user, with an automatic charge of $39.95 and a follow up invoice for any overages.

SaaS Specific Terms of Service

Duration & Cancellation

By signing up for Knowetic.ai you agree to a month to month payment term for our Knowetic.ai x1 User Account subscription package which must be cancelled in writing 5 business days before the renewal date.
